"Oil Spill Seafood Lie"Even though the seafood is testing clean, I feel like the jargon is intimidating to consumers. To me, the word 'dispersant' is so vague in describing the chemicals used to help 'clean up' (in other words, spread out) the spill. Knowing that the seafood has tested clean is reassuring, but…
