Café NOMA presents “Art You Can Eat”, a 12-week summer series featuring the artful culinary creations of Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group chefs and special guests. Fridays from June 8 – August 24, 2012, at 7 PM, chefs from Café NOMA, Ralph’s on the Park, Red Fish Grill, café b, and Heritage Grill will lead an interactive, educational, and delicious cooking event celebrating NOMA exhibitions and the culinary arts of New Orleans.

Art You Can Eat is an interactive demonstration of the tips and tricks behind classic and contemporary cooking, mixology and presentation, with special emphasis on professional techniques made easy.

Of special note are “Art You Can Eat” Events on July 13, 20, 27 and August 3, a tribute to Leah Chase, the queen of New Orleans cuisine and featured star of the NOMA exhibit ‘Leah Chase: Paintings by Gustave Blache III’, 20 dinner plate-sized oil paintings capturing the unseen labor that underlies Dooky Chase’s seven decades of success.
