The New Orleans Mayors Series continued on October 20th. Dr. Larry Powell from Tulane University lead a discussion with author and former Schiro aide Jack McGuire; Gasper Schiro, relative of the mayor and former city Register of Conveyances; and Civil Rights activist Lolis Elie.
