On december 16th, the Louisiana Humanities Center’s series on the history of the New Orleans mayoralty continued with a panel discussion on Marc Morial, mayor from 1994 to 2002. Dennis Woltering moderated a panel with Sheriff Marlin Gusman, former Morial Press Secretary Michelle Moore, Judge Terri Love, Vincent T.
