Photos, puppetry, etc. at NOLA's Poets Gallery

An collection of fine art photography, hand-made dolls, and puppetry titled “Hallowe’en – A Carnival of Saints and Souls,” will be on exhibit beginning Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Poets Gallery,located at 3113 Magazine St. in New Orleans.

Among those with work in the collection will be Jennybird Alcantara, Loopy Boopy, Dame Darcy, Sherri DeBow, Christy Kane, Pandora Gastelum, Miss Oblivious, Liz McGrath, Molly McGuire,Angeliska Polacheck, Angela Raney, Darla Teagarden, and Lateefah Wright. An artists’ reception will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on Saturday for the show, which will be running through November.
