Katrina photo exhibit opens at Presbytere on Feb. 17
The Louisiana State Museum of New Orleans is to open “Before (During) After,” an exhibit of large-format prints chosen to illustrate the impact of Hurricane Katrina on the work of 12 Crescent City photographers, on Thursday, Feb. 17.
An opening reception will be held at 6 p.m. on that date at the exhibit site, the Presbytere, next door to St. Louis Cathedral in the French Quarter.
The exhibit is to run through August 31.
