Louisiana’s Complete Streets Policy Ranks Second in Nation

A recent report released by the National Complete Streets Coalition ranked the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s (DOTD) Complete Streets policy second on the list of nationwide Complete Streets policies. Complete Streets policies ensure a fully-integrated transportation system that safely accommodates pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit users.
