New Orleans City Council to Introduce Complete Streets Ordinance

The word is spreading — New Orleans needs a Complete Streets ordinance! And we’re on our way to getting one. The City Council is scheduled to introduce an ordinance this Thursday (Nov. 17) and vote on it December 1.
