Dinner Lab was created to bridge a gap in New Orleans cuisine: a serious lack of quality, diverse ethnic food.

We are constantly longing for foods that fully represent the eclectic mix of people living in our city. That being said, we are taking matters into our own hands, in a fun and exciting way.

Ready to Experiment?

Our First Big Dinner starring Thai Dishes

Dinner Lab cordially invites you and your closest friends to our closed door private 2nd iteration of Thai Food. We are taking over Capedeville on 11.20 for a private dinner, and are issuing out our invites now.

Dinner starts at 7:30 and we will have you done by 10:00 PM.

Format of the dinner
Your friends will be seated with you, and served family style. Our chef Lalita’ will serve a 4 course amazing Thai meal. Some vegan options will be available for those who wish for those spots.
Some of the dishes we are experimenting with for the menu are salad, soup, fish, green curry chicken, braised pork salad and sticky rice/mango. Thai Ice Tea and Lemon Grass Tea for the palette. The dinner is $45, and wine will be provided, but if you got something you want to drink, bring it.

How can I get a ticket
We are only selling 60 seats to the dinner.
Feel free to invite your friends.
Tickets can be purchased here.
