Historic House Workshop: “Purchasing a Home in Need of Renovation: A Buyer’s Guide”

This workshop will feature a point-by-point breakdown of what to expect between making an offer and closing on your house. Presented by Katie Witry, a Realtor who specializes in historic properties and renovations.  Also learn about using a 203(k) renovation mortgage to purchase and renovate with a single loan from Joe Uzee, Mortgage Loan Originator and renovation loan expert at Gulf Coast Bank and Trust.  This workshop will provide the opportunity to learn about the benefits of enrolling in an official First Time Homebuyer training course.
