Renovators’ Happy Hour goes to the Bywater
Visit the recently renovated single sidehall shotgun home of Will Mangham, a former antiques storeowner. In the rear of the house is an adorable mini “cottage” used as the living space during the renovation, and nestled beside a beautifully landscaped yard, with mature citrus trees, and the site of a community garden pre-Katrina. Original materials in the home include bargeboard construction, beadboard ceilings and wood floors. Refreshments will be available.
