Historic House Workshop - "Purchasing a Move-in Ready Home: A Beginner's Guide"

This workshop will feature a point-by-point breakdown of what to expect between making an offer and closing on your house presented by a Realtor. Also learn about the City’s Soft Second Mortgage program that offers a forgivable loan of up to $65,000 for eligible homebuyers. This workshop will also provide the opportunity to learn about the benefits of enrolling in an official First Time Homebuyer training course.
