District C Holds Their Own Budget Meeting

District C holds the Treme, Marigny, Bywater, The French Quarter, the Ninth Ward, and parts of New Orleans East. Due to its vast range, Mayor Landrieu usually holds two community meetings in preparation for the budget. The mayor broke from his usual routine this year, so District C residents assembled on their own for a second public forum on the 2013 budget
