Morning Person, or .....

So I got up this morning before the sun at 6:15-ish. I did the P90x Core Synergistics workout. NUTS! I have done a LOT of the 90x workouts, but this one, ay Dios mio! The Pain! Tomorrow is CardioX! Should be called – PAIN X3! I am so sore now… Well, what am I going todo? Keep working out! Some of my friends are doing a family wide Biggest Loser. I think that is SOO COOL! That would be the bomb-diggity.
