Spoke too soon. When Xy got out of bed she almost fainted. Anesthesiological complications I guess. Another IV bag o' fluids now.

Picking up Xy. Knee repair went well but she is still pretty groggy.

@indigofizz Torn meniscus. Doc called a couple hours and said all went well. Hope to pick her up soon.

Dropping Xy off for her knee surgery. Keeping fingers crossed that all goes well.

Me: "Cuz Dada knows best, that's why." P: "What about doctors and mamas?"

Finally found my phone and I have a ton of messages. Sorry everybody. Happy (mobile phone) Independence Day.

A beer would be nice right about now. Unfortunately we have none on hand. Fortunately I live next to a bar.
