There was a time, before the myriad of devices and media consumption options, that New Orleanians watched 3 channels and shared in the experience of the locally produced commercial and local programming. We wanted to look back and see which ones resonate the most with those who remember that time. The 60s, 70s and 80s were a golden time for creative kitch and personalities.

That is too funny....Last September my wife and I were in Portugal and watched a british show called Celebrity Juice. Lo and behoild, for one of their skits they showed a Frankie and Johnny's commercial. We were cracking up, all the way on the other end of the world, and thee is St. Claude street on TV. Let 'em have it!
